Give your dog a dark, den-like retreat when the fireworks start. The Paw & Co Blackout Crate Cover slips over a standard 42-inch wire crate, blocking out flashes of light and creating the enclosed, cosy space many dogs naturally look for when they feel unsettled.
Why you'll love it
Den feel: dark blackout fabric turns an open wire crate into a snug, private hideaway.
Roll-up door: the front panel rolls up and fastens with straps, so you can check on your dog or open the door easily.
Airflow: mesh side panel keeps air moving while the cover is down.
Water-resistant fabric: wipe-clean outer, also handy for conservatories and travel.
Size
Fits most 42" (approx. 107cm) wire dog crates, a common size for breeds such as Labradors, Collies and German Shepherds. Please measure your crate before ordering.
Care
Wipe clean with a damp cloth or hand wash cool and air dry. Do not tumble dry.
Bonfire Night tip
Set the crate up a few days early, add a familiar blanket and leave the door open so your dog can choose to go in. Pair it with a calming bed or lick mat from our Bonfire Night edit. Never shut a frightened dog in; let the den be a choice.
