Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Delivery Times

We currently offer UK-wide shipping:

• Standard Delivery (3–5 working days) – £3.99

• Express Delivery (1–2 working days) – £6.99
  Orders over £50 qualify for free standard delivery.

Delivery times may vary slightly during peak seasons or due to courier delays.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United Kingdom. We’re working on expanding our service to international customers soon!

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your order online.

Missed Deliveries

If you miss your delivery, the courier will usually leave a card or email with instructions for redelivery or collection from a local depot.
